Enjoy Asian Noodle with Sweet Onion Sauce

Everyone loves to eat Asian noodle. Make it your own way and enjoy! I tried making my own with lots of veggie tossed in with noodles, so it looks more like a Salads. The beauty of this salad as you can add as many vegetables as you like and toss them with plain noodles.  You will definitely love the colors and crunch of purple cabbage, green beans, and red bell peppers so they’re in, along with yellow carrots and steamed broccoli.

One can try to make this salad with almost all noodles and add some sliced onions and bell pepper to make it tastier. First cook the noodles and let them dry for few minutes, and then dress them with soy Sauce alone, so they absorb the flavor of the soy sauce. Take a large pot and bring 4 quarts of water to a boil. You can use any noodles, if using Chinese noodles, do not add salt as they are already salted for others noodles you need to add half tablespoon of salt to the water. Now it’s turn to add the noodles to the pot. Stir the noodles frequently while they cook. In a separate pan, add all the vegetables you like to make it colorful and now toss it with a Sweet Onion Sauce and ginger garlic sesame dressing. The salad remains fresh for several hours, so it’s perfect to take as packed lunch.

Chinese noodles are easy to cook and are ready within 5 minutes of cooking.  Now you need to rain the noodles and rinse with cold water so save it from soften. Spread the noodles out on a sheet pan to air dry. Little fry or steam cook other vegetables and place the cooked noodles in a large serving bowl and spread soy sauce to coat completely. Keep it for a while to absorb the soy sauce. Now add your favourite dressing to the soy-sauce infused noodles, tossing to coat completely. Its turn to add the cooked broccoli, the sliced green onions and beans & bell pepper, sliced cabbage & carrot, and  other vegetables of your choice. If making more than a day ahead, toss the noodles with your favourite sauces are ready to serve, toss the noodles with the Sweet Onion Sauce and the rest of the dressing.
